= MCF Installation Guide =

Setting up MCF consists of two steps:

1. Setting up [http://www.molgenis.org/ MOLGENIS] (follow instructions of  the [http://www.molgenis.org/wiki/MolgenisGuide Molgenis Guide])
2. Setting up [http://www.gridgainsystems.com/ GridGain]
3. Setting up  the default [http://www.molgenis.org/wiki/ComputeStartDefault MCF Compute Manager]. For this,
     * [http://www.molgenis.org/wiki/ComputeStartExample1 Job Manager]
     * [http://www.molgenis.org/wiki/ComputeStartExample2 Worker]
     * [http://www.molgenis.org/wiki/ComputeStartExample3 Resource Manager]
     should be adjusted in the [http://www.molgenis.org/svn/sandbox/molgenis_processing/3.3.galaxy/ScriptbasedComputePlatform/ source code] and compiled for a particular hardware, on which the system will run.
