Lucene in molgenis (hvp_pilot2)

• Before building the index check if directory LUCENE_INDEX_DIRECTORY has contents . Boolean variable is not efficient way ( the index has to be created even if it exists, the variable is gets false in the same session ). (DirectoryhasContents?())
• molgenis distro crashes after some use :
  • WARNING: Cannot serialize session attribute application for session...
  • * log4j:ERROR LogMananger.repositorySelector was null likely due to error in class reloading, using NOPLoggerRepository.
