 * Partly added configuration variable for controlling query expansion option (use of ontologies) .

   * Yes, I would like to keep the query expansion using ontologies (which indeed need to be locally copied).
   * - But please do add a configuration option that disables the feature in the plug-in constructor
   * - Then people don't have to fiddle with the OWL/OBO files if they don't like it
   * -  And complete your 'search' plugin with a little manual that explains what you need to do to get it running (so either disabling the query expansion or downloading the necessary files).
