Ontocat Index created

DONE :

• correct path @ OntocatIndexPlugin2 (paths needs a /)
• correct VM run configurations @ project -Xms1024M -Xmx1024M
• select a term ("lung disease") . Delete old index, and select create .
• Search created index.
• completed manual. 

TODO :

• Add a proper finish message when (ontocat) index s completed.
• correct the format of (ontocat index ) the results , add links .
• correct the format of (db index) results. Add link to db record .
