There are two ways to get MOLGENIS downloaded on your machine:

= Download latest version from Github =
Most developers check out the latest version of the MOLGENIS code from our open repository.
You need two projects:

 1. The software generator 'molgenis'. Check out from  http://www.github.com/molgenis/molgenis
 2. The application template 'molgenis_distro'. Check out from http://www.github.com/molgenis/molgenis_distro
