Welcome to the MOLGENIS biosoftware project

Use MOLGENIS to track and trace all your research data via rich user interface and integrate with your analysis tools in R, Java and web services. Just download one of the existing systems in the MOLGENIS family or generate your own in three steps:

  1. Model what you need in a simple XML file example,
  2. Run the generator
  3. Use your database example.

Download a MOLGENIS

  • ForXgap? - eXtensible Genotype and Phenotype database (XGAP)
  • ForPheno?- Phenotype Object Model (Pheno-OM)
  • ForMageTab? - MAGE-TAB microarray gene experiment object model (MAGETAB-OM)
  • ForDesignGg? - design of Genetical Genomics Experiments (designGG)
