Check if case sentivity is set properly in mysql:

in mysql:
* show variables;
* then lower_case_table_name=0

If not 0 then inside my.cnf (or my.ini)
* add 'lower_case_table_name=0'
* or restart mysqld --lower_case_table_names=0
