First part:
* Define user groups to establish that anonymous users can read some data
* Create a 'test' user
* Sent account information to steering committee so they can test

Next steps:
* Download CSV and Excel failed
* Create an 'anonymous user' per request so we can keep the selection lists private (discuss with Robert)
* Search results that are empty should be presented better 
  * now you see a tick box for empty protocols
* Contact person per protocol is not needed (hide via 'hide_fields' option in form)
* Add a link to a new file input to upload the Proposal document" for the user to request data. 
* Fix register users
 * At end of register procedure return to login page (currently stays at register)
* Tree view: check for large string that can ruin the positioning of the borders. 
* "Save selection " higher and more obvious as a button/option (maybe some colour).
* In order to make more vertical space for the tree:
