= MCF Installation Guide =

Setting up MCF consists of two steps:

1. Setting up [http://www.molgenis.org/ MOLGENIS] (follow instructions of  the [http://www.molgenis.org/wiki/MolgenisGuide Molgenis Guide])
2. Setting up [http://www.gridgainsystems.com/ GridGain]
3. Setting up MCF back-end. The automated installation of the default [http://www.molgenis.org/wiki/ComputeStartDefault MCF Compute Manager] will be available soon. To set up it now:
     3.1. The [http://www.molgenis.org/wiki/ComputeStartDefault MCF Compute Manager] source code can be downloaded [http://www.molgenis.org/svn/sandbox/molgenis_processing/3.3.galaxy/ScriptbasedComputePlatform/ here][[BR]]
     3.2. The source code should adjusted depending on analysis defined in [http://www.molgenis.org/ MOLGENIS] and hardware to be used in the system (follow explanations in the [http://www.molgenis.org/wiki/ComputeStartExamples code examples] section or contact [http://wiki.nbic.nl/index.php/User:George George Byelas] for assistance)
