DONE:

 * added <entity name="Biobank" extends="Panel"> in pheno_db.xml
 * bbmri_db.xml is empty
 * bbmri.molgenis.properties: removed the auth_db.xml
 * molgenis.properties does not exist.
 * created Semantic search plugin  example configuration file.
