This page is about the genome browser plugin. It does the following:

- List GFF files stored in the database
- Make sure these files are visible, and properly served out
- Create hyperlinks that instruct UCSC to retrieve a particular file and load it into the genome browser
- The release (organism + genome build) can be specified in the plugin as well

Currently version 1 is running covertly inside WormQTL and is under review. Expect stories here soon.
