= Next Generation Sequencing workbench =

The next generation sequencing workbench is a software to track and trace all data around NGS experiments both in the wet lab and in the dry lab. The project is supported by the Genomics Coordination Center, BBMRI-NL and the NBIC sequencing and biobank task forces. It is developed on top of [wiki:PhenoStart PhenoFlow/MOLGENIS] and all the code can be found in http://www.molgenis.org/svn/pheno.
