1. Download and install Eclipse + JDK (http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/)

 2. Create new workspace in Eclipse

 3. Download subclipse In Eclipse: go to help→ Marketplace → type subclipse [[BR]][[BR]][[Image(Marketplace.png)]]

 4. Checkout Molgenis project
   * Select file→new→other→SVN → Select Projects from SVN[[BR]][[BR]][[Image(Checkout from SVN.png)]][[BR]]
   * Create new repository location and type  http://www.molgenis.org/svn
   * Select molgenis → trunk and click next[[BR]][[BR]][[Image(Checkout Molgenis.png)]]

 5. Checkout gcc project Is the same as step 4, except that the gcc trunk should be selected instead of molgenis trunk
