We will gather all the proposed user stories in a big Excel, print them in a card-like format and use them during the Sprint Planning (de-duplicate, assign to teams). Then we will update the Excel file and import it back into Trac.

The backlog will be deduplicated; duplicate stories will become tasks as part of another story. Also, stories that affect multiple apps will be deemed more important and ranked higher. Please make sure your acceptance criteria are in, i.e., what do you want to demo on next demo day?
