MCF Installation Guide
Setting up MCF consists of two steps:
- Setting up MOLGENIS (follow instruction here)
- Setting up MCF back-end. The automated installation of the default MCF Compute Manager will be available soon. To set up it now:
2.1. The MCF Compute Manager source code should be downloaded here
2.2. The source code should adjusted depending on analysis defined in MOLGENIS and hardware to be used in the system (follow the code examples section or contact George Byelas for assistance)
