MCF Installation Guide
Setting up MCF consists of two steps:
- Setting up MOLGENIS (follow instructions of the Molgenis Guide)
- Setting up GridGain
- Setting up MCF back-end. The automated installation of the default MCF Compute Manager will be available soon. To set up it now:
3.1. The MCF Compute Manager source code can be downloaded here
3.2. The source code should adjusted depending on analysis defined in MOLGENIS and hardware to be used in the system (follow explanations in the code examples section or contact George Byelas for assistance)
