  • "syndrome book" - facebook for diseases :
    • implemented ftl/ java files inside molgenis. Incuding mysql database with tables / entities :
      • specialists -login (a potential user : doctor)
      • disease : syndrome (with several fields which are fileld by the specialist)
      • Gene ...
        • Note "SyndromeHtmlForm?.java " is a java file in generated /.. that must be copied from diseasebook/handwriiten/java/plugin.
          • This file includes the functionlity for connecting with js libs & ajax.
  • text mining tool : a java file that parses HPO terms in abstracts from medline , and prints out the common terms found.
  • need for statistical tool in order to choose the terms in the database (currently) that meet the user's query. (see attached doc notes).
