What I did

• Continued work on the NGS LIMS pilot system.
• Gave an SVN workshop

NGS LIMS

• Created a new Project plugin where users can enter Project/Sample? details. It's very basic.
• Met with Pieter and Jelke to discuss the project. Meeting notes can be found on Google Docs, NGS project.

SVN Workshop

I gave an SVN workshop for the group (in attendance: Wil, Andre, Roan, Erik, en Joris) which introduced SVN, showed the basic commands, and then showed branching/merging in Eclipse.

Literature / Personal Development (in my free time)

• Nothing this week.. too busy.

TODO:

• Finish Project Plugin so that it's working with the db
• Enhance Project Plugin to be able to fill in multiple samples
• Work on "Create Workflow" plugin to have a basic idea
• Work on "Sample" plugin where samples can be viewed with their information

• Create roadmap for NGS project, inclusive milestones and short-term goals.
• Create mockups with pencil project

• Create Standards doc
• Tickets? (Encourage others to use tickets)
• Fix SVN structure? (trunk/branch/tags)
