This is due to the tomcat server. Go to servers right click on tomcat and select clean
When it doesn't work:
right click on the project, select properties ->

• java build path -> projects -> remove molgenis, then add molgenis again
  
• deployment assembly -> remove molgenis, then add molgenis.
