Common collections error @ Peregrine in molgenis :

• ​http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-8843 : "Now it is appranet to me, that embeded Tomcat is using older version of apache commons (v2.1) that is loaded before JIRA's required commons (v3.1). Putting "commons-collections-3.1.jar" in server "lib" directory resolved this particular problem."
  • latest version of common-collections added at apache lib directory . Still problem.
