How to get the data out of the TCC stage database

• sit behind a umcg windows machine with umcg connection (e.g.Pieter N/Freerks room)
• Get script from sftp.gcc.rug.nl (/groups/gcc/omxdata/Scripts) and download IBD.zip
• Start up Eclipse
• Specify in the configurations of the MainClass.java the Program arguments an outputfolder you want to write your omx files to.
• run the MainClass.java

• run an omx application and upload the zipfile you just created with the program.
