Joeri

Done:

• IMP project for Wessel (from Wageningen). Different kind of data but they don’t know what to do with it! Morris suggests that the problems maybe due to communication. Joeri will forward pre-article by email.

Todo:

• XgapProject: Finish design of Matrix. Replace backend with a faster one. Binary Matrix implementation.
• KaveProject: Get Kinome array software running for paper (structural changes)

Danny

Done:

• R/QTL paper
• Worked not on Molgenis

Todo:

• BRS Project: Short Introduction (tutorial) for NBIC BRS how to connect R to Molgenis and how to use R in general
• QtlClusterProject: Try to write an article with Joeri (Cluster calculation QTL (XGAP))

Erik

Done:

• AnimalDB Project: enter use cases in database (errors in entering the data). Corrected data model to fit use cases.
• BRS Project: genomic islands. Presentation and article out of it.

Todo:

• AnimalDB Project: Finish data model
• BRS Project: Finish genomic islands project
• Upcoming: new NBIC project (optimize R/C++ of *Abel program)

Morris

Done:

• Vacation
• Welcomed Alex and Robert into their new projects (Col7a1Project, MageTabProject, GeneticScreensProject)

Todo:

• Monday, Tuesday full of meetings
• Wednesday Brs introduction and meeting with LifeLines director
• Thursday: submit XGAP and METABASE papers
• Friday: Proteomics meeting in Utrecht

Alex

Todo:

• MageTabProject: Learn existing MAGE-TAB data model
• MageTabProject: Learn how to parse MAGE-TAB documents into Molgenis.
• Goal is to extract annotations.
• GeneticScreensProject: Find and read literature on methods for comparative genomic analysis.

George (by Morris)

Done:

• Vacation
• Last things for thesis defense

Todo:

• Refine and document the meta model for processing tools
• Get a TRAC/wiki online for NPC with Morris
• Outline architecture for meeting on friday (send sheets to all to learn)

Robert (by Morris)

Done:

• Col7a1Project: had meeting with Peter van den Akker and revamped data model for testing

Todo:

• Finish current appointment and find house in Groningen
• Col7a1Project: create a requirements document and test model with real data.
