What I did

Continued work on the NGS LIMS pilot system.

NGS LIMS

• Finished up detailled requirements document + example data + appendices.
• Created excel doc with test data and in the process learned a lot about generation from xml

Literature / Personal Development (in my free time)

• Completed lectures 11-13 from Intro to Biology: ​http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/biology/7-014-introductory-biology-spring-2005/

TODO:

• Create screens for the protocols + make user stores/mockups to present as a demo/pilot
• Make up an SVN workshop + TDD (test driven-development) workshop
• Installer?
