Create biobank catalogue
How to demo
- There is text file measurement.csv, with short name, (SPSS) description, dataType and unit.
- There is text file protocol.txt (e.g. questionnaire, or questionnaire group/domain/dcm) and their subprotocol relations
- Per protocol it is known which Measurement is part of it
- All this data is loaded into catalog
