Create biobank catalogue

Pre-condition

• There is a list of Measurement, with short name, (SPSS) description, dataType and unit.
• There is a list of Protocol (e.g. questionnaire, or questionnaire group/domain/dcm) and their subprotocol relations
• Per protocol it is known which Measurment
