Create biobank catalogue

How to demo

• There is text file measurement.csv, with short name, (SPSS) description, dataType and unit.
• There is text file protocol.txt (e.g. questionnaire, or questionnaire group/domain/dcm) and their subprotocol relations
• Per protocol it is known which Measurement is part of it
• All this data is loaded into catalog
