XGAP Source Code

You can check the latests version of the XGAP code (currently version 1.2) via the ​browser or check it out from our open repository at ​http://www.xgap.org/svn/. You also need the MOLGENIS core. See ​http://www.molgenis.org/wiki/MolgenisSourceCode.

What do I need?

XGAP consists of two components:

1. The software generator 'molgenis'. Check out from ​http://www.molgenis.org/svn/molgenis/3.3
2. The XGAP application 'xgap_distro'. Check out from ​http://www.xgap.org/svn/xgap_1_2_distro
